Reasonably complete and unmolested this is an example of the state of the art radio navigation beacon receiver, sought after by discerning vintage radio collectors. Has suffered from corrosion as in the pictures. Clean up for display or restore to Dx the aeronautical beacons still on the air. There are still many on the air, and on a good night Australian beacons can be heard, distinguishable from the local ones by their 800 Hz tone modulated CW, NZ uses 1000Hz.  

Purchase with the other black BC-453B  listed for spare parts.
