The QJE PS30SWIV is well known in the amateur world as a great little unit for powering rigs. Consertively capable of 20A continuous (30A peak), this little monster is ideal for those 100W rigs. Voltage output is variable between 9 and 15 and there is a fixed (switch position) 13.8V setting. High current output is available on binding posts on the rear panel and there is an auxiliary output on the front ~ 5A.

At around 15 x 7.5 x 23 cm and weighing in at around 1.5kg, this isn't going to take up heaps of valuable space. It's a switch-mode I hear you say! Well, in the unlikely event that you do receive a birdie on your receive frequency, you can tune the birdie away with the handy front panel "noise offset" control. In reality, if you have a good antenna (not a bit of hookup wire poked into the rig antenna socket) and a good ground connection on your rig, you are unlikely to get birdies from this unit.
